Dinner in town, then the deck

Have dinner in downtown Fayetteville, five minutes away.

If you get back before dark, you may see deer grazing in the field in front of the cabin.

When it gets dark, turn on the lights around the A-frame and sit out on the deck.

The fire pit and the stars

Later, light the fire pit and sit in the Adirondack chairs beside it. You can buy firewood in the guest portal.

On a clear night you can see the Milky Way. In summer, fireflies come out over the field.

“The fire pit and looking up at all the stars was the perfect way to end our nights.”

Ten acres behind one gate

Ten acres behind one gate. One gravel road, passing one stay at a time, each with its own open field in front of it: no shared wall, no shared deck, no shared fire. And if you do pass someone on the gravel, they're here for the same reason you are.

What happens after you reserve

Reserve here and your stay goes straight onto the Star Farm calendar. Before you arrive you get the gate code, your door code and the guest guide, with everything you need for the stay and the area around it.

Questions

Is Star Farm adults only?

Yes. Every stay is for adults 25 and over, with a maximum of two guests. That's part of how we keep things quiet here.

What if it rains?

Make a coffee and settle into the leather sofa or one of the velvet chairs by the big window. There are cards and dominoes in the cabin, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker for your music. You can have a good evening without going anywhere.

What if we just want a quiet weekend?

That's a good reason to come. Have coffee on the deck, take a walk, or sit by the fire and talk for a while. You can go out and explore together, then leave the rest of the day open. You don't need a full itinerary here.
