The Vision
A mirror house for two.
The Sky Pavilion is a mirror house for two adults, raised above the meadow. It opens in December 2027. We will share more as the design is settled.
Elevated Living
Seven feet above the earth.
The entire structure floats on steel columns, elevated seven feet above the meadow. A grand staircase rises to meet you. Below: wildflowers and tall grass. Above: open sky.
The Floating Deck
Walk into thin air.
The cantilevered deck extends far beyond the structure, unsupported, suspended over the meadow. Step out and feel like you're floating. Lounge chairs positioned at the edge. Nothing between you and the horizon.
Private Sauna
100 square feet of heat and silence.
A separate mirrored structure houses a traditional sauna. The same reflective glass exterior. The same floating elevation. Step from main house to sauna across the deck, wrapped in nothing but a robe and the West Virginia air.
Inside
300 square feet of minimalist luxury.
Every inch is intentional. Clean lines. Natural materials. Floor-to-ceiling glass that frames the landscape like living art.
